Wonder if Chadwell's going to coach ? Maybe they want them involved to win a bowl game for recruits, even if they won't be around next year. The QB should not play since he is leaving the team but Chadwell left for a higher paying job.

Think that goes without saying. Would be a special circumstance for a player entering the portal to play a bowl game for the team they’re leaving.

But it makes no sense for him to play if he remains portalized. If he got hurt, Coastal could refuse to cover his medical costs.

Well, they’re hosed now if they do - their 2nd string QB was just suspended from the team for slamming a young lady down for declining his unwanted advances.
