I’m getting close at 53. I’ve been going to the gym two hours a day five days a week for about 4 months now. I have the RB legs, it’s just the belly fat and love handles are taking a good minute to go away. I’m down to a 32” waist. My wife is a little jealous of my progress. My arms and chest are ripped again. Just gotta get that six pack abs back.

I’ll never be able to hit 238 lbs though. My height and frame max me out around 205 at 6% body fat. I doubt I’ll ever see 6%. That’s rare for anyone and not very healthy.

My goal is around 195 with around 10% body fat. If my joints hold up. My shoulders and elbows are protesting and sore.
