Of all the positions in football, I believe Olineman take the most time to develop in order to be productive on the field.
More than ANY other position, it is ideal for OL to get 2 years of development and compete for starting positions as a junior and senior (or rs sophmore).
This is generally independent of the Oline's skill in highschool.
Crowder, and even someone like Laremy Tunsil will not start their first year despite being stars. Even they need some time to develop.
That being said, if Maverick impressed The Chad then he obviously sees potential. Considering how many Fresh and Soph we have at Oline right now, picking up a kid with potential is fine with me.

6' 5 " - 290 LBS ? Whatever he lacks in polish and accolades he more than makes up for in size . Morris and Swinney probably got us a keeper.. Phillip Price type-a-guy I wager....

my sentiments exactly!
my perfect OL would include names like Maverick, Battle, Gore, Castle, and Moon. Moon of course would have to be your LT on account of it taking so long to get around him lol.
