I have YouTube tv, but the last few times I’ve been in Europe trying to watch a game, It would always block it. Does anyone know how or if it can be done?

I’ve never tried it in your situation but have heard others have had success with it. You have to purchase or have a trial of a VPN service. A VPN will hide your true location. It sounds like the VPN would have make you appear to be within the US though if you are having issues viewing outside of the US. It all depends on how sophisticated YouTubes blocking mechanisms are.
There has to be someone on here or online that can confirm if it will work for you before you pay for it.

I use Xpress VPN. Just Google it download it to your device. It pings you in Miami Florida. I use it when I’m overseas to access certain geofenced sites and hide my location.

Have you tried it with YTTV, though? I've heard it doesn't work with any VPN.

I was in Iceland for the NC State game in 2022

And I was able to watch it late at night in my hotel room.l on my laptop.
But I confess I don’t recall how I did it. But it was not something complicated because I don’t usually get into all that VPN or pirating stuff. So there is definitely a way to do it

Nord, Aura, Express are all different VPN services. Nord was running a special for like $19 for 3mos then a higher monthly, not sure if they still are? App allow you to puck a country to show your IP address in that country therefore you can use your services. This was the easiest way to watch games when I travelled all over the globe a few yrs back.

VPN. Best way to do it for overseas travel. You can connect to a US server with no issues.

Seems like VPNs don't work with YouTube TV. I haven't found one that works, anyway. They know which IP addresses the VPNs use and block them.

but I was able to watch the Furman-Clemson game back in 2022 while in Vienna, Austria. Seems like I was able to stream the game via a website. I think I just searched for the game through live stream sites until I got one that worked.
Otherwise, the terrain in Iceland is otherworldly since the island, like Hawaii, was formed via volcanoes. And, be EXTREMELY careful with the hot water; everything there is geothermal and the hot water will scald you. Turn on the cold water first, then gently turn on the hot water.
The waterfalls are amazing! There is a black sand desert and beach there. There is no stigma there about eating horse or whale (yes, I tried both), but you will be feed a lot of lamb and fish. I recommend avoiding beef, unless you enjoy chewing on shoe leather. The bread there is great!
We went during July, so the sun was up 24 hours/day. You may experience 16-18 hours of daylight. My favorite "city" was Akureyri (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akureyri). Crime is Iceland is almost non-existent. The people will speak Icelandic then flip to English mid-sentence. Be prepared for much cooler climes. And, if at all possible, go to the Blue Lagoon - it was worth it. There are also small geothermal pools similar to BL, but we had reservations there.
Sidenote: The tour group we were on were majority Georgia fans. However, we all got along well; had a great time with them and the others. Still stay in touch with several of them - but I don't particularly care for them this week. 😉
Enjoy your trip! And, don't worry about the game. The time with family and/or friends is much more important.
