Why would a recruit that has been commited to a school reopen his recruitment and set a new announcement date only to reaffirm the commtiment to that school?
And with the stability situation of the two programs, it seems like a no-brainer.

Korrin Wiggins never visited when he flipped from UNC to Clemson. You never know with high school kids. I like our chances bc he is already committed to VT why does he need to announce. But he may stay with VT who knows.

He'd be a great get. Seems like we have a shot. Sadly, I think Beamer's
days as a great coach are over---the program in disarray. He was one of the best.
Still hope we get Mook.

i imagine vpi won't mind the added recruiting hoopla either; can't hurt going into the last couple of months before nsd.
go orange! hope he makes the best decision for him, i hate seeing the "kitts" leaving after such a short stay.

this kid is #2 on my list. I'd rather flip Mark Fields from SCar because it would help us and hurt the team in Columbia, but Mook is really talented and he'd be a great get for us as well.

I understand your logic and I'm with you somewhat. I would rather hurt them by getting the better recruits. This guy is bigger and faster and with all the big receivers out there now we need the bigger more physical DB's. I think if we don't get fields he will go elsewhere anyways. Doesn't seem he's happy with his decision
