I have been considering cutting the cord, but every time I

get serious about it, I read on here about how Hulu doesn't have this, or Playstation doesn't have that, etc. etc. And then on top of that, Charter/Spectrum keeps losing my internet feed. About 3 or 4 times a week. A couple of times it has been out for hours. It goes out almost once per day for a minute or two..The television doesn't go out, but the internet does. I think they are toying with me to keep me from just subscribing to their internet....

Mine goes out about twice a day. Once about 6p.m and once about 9p.m. it only last about 3 or 4 minutes. No big deal until football season, and I have Hulu btw

I think Philo ($20/mth) might have those extra channels that you are missing from the streaming providers. Check that out to see. You're still only looking at $70 total/mth. My dDirectv was going to be over $170/mth if I got the ACCN.
From my brief experience with Youtube TV this week, Directv is much easier to switch stations, but saving $100+ each month for the same or more content was a no-brainer for me. But if you're the very rich and prefer convenience to savings, then I would recommend AT&T/Directv for internet and TV, that is if AT&T offers fiber in your area.

How much is the add-on for ACCN? It’s cleverly avoided on theacc.com. Like most other bad news.

Call Charter and request a technician to come out and look.

My internet was doing similar things. Called. A tech came out. They changed out a couple of items (idk what), cords and such under the house, and so far so good.

You could try Gear TV...

Somebody here on T-net recommended it a while back, so I tried it...
For $19/month you can stream about 400 channels, but no DVR.
Put it on my firestick and canceled cable TV the next month.
Also get local channels from all over the country! Got to watch the Raiders on the LA CBS sports channel.

We've had the same problem with Charter. Internet goes out

daily, temporarily. If we are in the middle of something, we can always unplug the router, reconnect, and problem solved. We had a technician come out a while back, and they found nothing wrong.

I've had youtube live over a year and no complaints. And they are going to have ACC network. Granted I watch more netflix and amazon shows, but watch sports on youtube. I like that youtube has local channels.
