Clemson's recruiting has not struggled in Football like everyone thinks it has. Coach Swinney is like an old grandma in the grocery store. Where most others are like people in the grocery store during a snowstorm in Florida. Coach Swinney takes his time and thumps the melons and examines the grapes. He doesn't go after just any recruit based upon star power. Take Grady Jarrett for example. The man is soon to be an NFL legend, but during his recruitment to Clemson his highest rank was 2 stars. What about Hunter Renfrow who has played a basic full NFL career? Don't tell me that recruiting has suffered. With NIL and portal recruiting the high school recruiting has done magnificent. I for one hope it stays this way.
