..and yet, at the same time seriously question aspects of the game/team, especially when certain parts of the team are showing alarming negative trends.
This offense is not good, and it hasn't been for 3 years. All the excuses for this have been wearing thin. All teams face injuries, but as a self-proclaimed developmental program, many units aren't developing. The WR, OL, and QR rooms are marginal at best.
Cade did suffer a lot of dropped passes tonight (WR/TE developmental issues), but he continues to put the ball in harm's way and miss wide-open WRs (QB developmental issues).
Dabo is a smart man, and he has got to see what we all do. I hope this offseason brings positive changes to the offense.

There are a lot of us who recognize there are issues but still positively support the team and enjoy a win. So on here we are cultists or pumpers. Most of us aren’t extremists. They just make the most noise.

Well said. This season has been a rollercoaster for sure. Beating USC is always awesome, regardless of the score. I agree with your concerns though. Nothing I saw tonight says we will be ready to play UGA at the start of next season. Love the win, but we still have glaring issues to return to elite status.

I agree with your assessment pbc. I do look forward for this being discussed over the off season.
I'm concerned that we hear Dabo already setting up the excuses. All you need to know is Dabo's post game on field interview. 1. We're a young team, but we'll grow up. 2. We have a class coming in that will help. 3. Turnover excuse. He's been bigger on excuses this year than he's been over his tenure. So, imo, Dabo doesn't think there are any fixes that we need.
We're a good ways away from being a legit top 10 team. If you really dig into the teams we've played this year, we had as easy a sos as you can get.

Need better receivers, and probably a little better quarterback. That's the issue. Hopefully the guys coming next year will help.
