His first or second year... The Defense had a bunch of missed tackles and he had a fit. The following week, it wasn't shells. He had their ##### out there form tackling. I think Clemson is good, but we are hanging by a little tiny thread. I don't know the solution. What happens if Clemson goes independent? Same deal? I don't have any idea

Vennables was like Dan Campbell. A players coach. He gave up big plays but I don’t think there’s a single dude that played under him that has any regrets.

Yeah we need to go find another #### and vinegar type of guy. A players coach. Fire and brimstone. Make that Dabos style of DC and stick to it.

Muschamp is actually very accomplished as a defensive coach… I know he was a Coot HC so this instantly disqualifies him for all time…but he actually is a good defensive coach!
Clemson could certainly find a better fit than Muschamp but he is better than Wes!

Stupid NCAA took away the Paws (Oklahoma) drills which taught toughness and how to tackle. Slowly but surely players are getting their cake and eating the fans cake too. Pay for play, 6-7yrs of playing, JC don't count, no more 'Two-a-days', no more Paw drills, no more going to class as normal student, everything is catered with food, tudors, etc., free agents and they are slowly moving towards a flag football league with all the stupid penalties for targeting, blindside blocks, wimpy PI's, roughing passer, horse collar because you grab a shoulder and other crappy flags. No wonder kids can't tackle anymore.
