UGA, UofSC, FSU, Norvell, Harbaugh, Beamer, Jadeveon Clowney, DJ Swearinger, Kirby Smart, the NCAA, NIL, Politics, dry ribs, overcooked steak, seeing a big buck on the trail cam 30 minutes after you walk out of the woods, taxes, being late to any event, inflation, slow internet, traffic (especially in Atlanta), LIV golf, losing a bet that you thought was lock, getting questions wrong while watching Jeopardy, annual performance reviews with my manager, ACC officiating of all sports, shanking a wedge shot from 100 yards out, phone calls from work while on vacation with my family, new "pop" country on the radio, communism, and the list could go on forever....
BUT
I said all this for the sole purpose of reaching 2,000 points before the end of February.

Try pre heating your oven at 200 degrees, season your ribs, cover the bone side of the ribs with thin to medium sliced onion, wrap tight with foil put them on the middle rack in the oven for about 90 minutes, take out of the oven and go straight to the grill and baste them with melted butter/margarine or a sauce if preferred. Cook to your liking. I like mine to look like they were about to burn but not black. They will be moist, tender, mouth smacking, finger licking good. That is for beef ribs. Pork ribs I will do everything the same with the exception of the oven time and temperature. Pork ribs cook quicker, so I put them in the oven at 275 degrees for only 60 minutes before putting on the grill.
