I Blame the Administration

I have supported Dabo from Day 1 but hiring him was a bad move. Why don't we go after the big names? We settle for a receivers coach. We are cheap and acting like a basketball school only our basketball team blows. The ACC is killing us because we are falling into the ACC Football mentality

Dude....I think you are entitled to your opinion eventhough it is wrong....Dabo has done more for Clemson football & the school than all the other coaches since Ford did put together....The program is headed in right direction...If we beat Georgia in the first game next year, I predict us to go to Columbia to play the ##### next year at 11 & 0. Can't help the majority of the ACC sux...BUT how in the world can you say he was a bad hire....think you need to get off the herb

He is 1-4 against Spurrier and lost to a mediocre West Virginia team 70-33. We are going in the wrong direction. The only thing that saves us is our lousy conference. Remember when FSU would dominate the ACC and then dominate outside of the conference as well?. That should be the goal. You are just happy with scoring 50 a game against laughable ACC programs, getting pushed around by our rival and then getting smacked in a bowl game. We may have to play LSU is a bowl game this year. If you think Carolina was tough to block wait until LSU. Boyd will be lucky to get through the game in one piece

the ACC gives you the impression that we're "turning the corner" or "headed in the right direction" because it's the weakest in college football

aside from maybe the big east we're an 8-4 team at best in ANY other conference

I don't think we're getting worse..........I think we're stagnant. Think about it.......no matter how GOOD or BAD our record is...........the outcome vs SCar is the EXACT SAME

09 8-4 (won division, DOMINATED by SCar)
10 6-6 (DOMINATED by SCar)
11 9-3 (won conference, DOMINATED by SCar)
12 10-2 (EMBARASSED on our home field AT NIGHT with SUGAR BOWL on the line)

I hate losing to the ##### as much as anybody, but Dabo has brought this program forward the past 4 years and I believe will continue to do so. Very few head coaches have done more in their first 4 years.
If you really think we need an experienced "name" coach, Tom O'Brien and Gene Chizik are available.
