now) Bowls. If ND gets chosen to one of those they keep it all but they aren't taking an ACC spot either in doing so. I actually think you could see a ACC vs. ND Orange Bowl if FSU makes the playoff. I think ND has looked much improved with Golson at QB so far. I could see them just missing the 4 team playoff. I truly doubt CU goes any lower than Russell Athletic especially since we haven't been there in a few years. Belk bowl has been elevated in my eyes by addition of SEC on the other side so not a bad bowl especially considering proximity. I'm still thinking Playoff or Orange at this point though. I think we have a decent shot in Tally next week and even without it I think we run the table barring significant injuries.

agree... this is just another ina a long line of bad mistakes by "swoffie".. it give ND all the advantages and the ACC NONE!!IMHO they should be either in or out!!

Major NCAA football is a business.
Notre Dame is a much better business partner to Clemson than is a team like Duke or even NC State, Boston College, Pitt, UVA, Syracuse, Georgia Tech, etc.

Clemson-Florida wouldn't be too bad (they project Florida to Belk Bowl in their SEC bowl projections).
But I have faith that VT will fall a few times before the end of season.

This is an utterly ridiculous projection. I know they revamped the bowl game, but the last time Clemson played in this game they were 6-6. This is a prime example of ESPN writers counting Clemson out just because a loss at Georgia. Watch our bowl stock rise exponentially after the upset down in Tallanasty.
