How I plan to support our Tigers

Last year, during our “off” year, there was such negativity toward the team, players and coaches. On Twitter, I started selecting a few players each week and prayed for them. Yesterday, I printed the rosters from here on T Net and then printed the schedule. I divided the list and assigned players and coaches to each game week. It averages out to about 12 players/ coaches each week. I’ll split them up to a few a day. I encourage everyone here to do something similar, if inclined. Positive reaffirmation and kindness pay dividends. Go Tigers ????

Well, looks like all your praying didn't do that much good, unless U only started your process during the last 6-7 weeks of the season. But if your recruiting goes well, maybe the extra prayers will help the entire season. Personally, I think the combination of less injuries, returning starters & their talented back-ups, addition of talented freshmen at key positions, as well as the simple motivation to return to their Championship ways will pay the dividends we are looking for!
On the other hand, a few (or a lot) of extra prayers ain't gonna hurt. I might even throw in a few of my own!

You misunderstand the purpose of prayer.

There are two things prayer does. First, it gets the one doing the praying aligned with God's will. Overlapping with that the second thing it does for the one praying is to make him love the one he is praying for. I say the two reasons are overlapping because God intend for us to love even the unlovely and also those we consider enemies.
A man can pray all day and undo everything he's asked God for by saying, 'In Jesus name,' or 'Thy will be done.' They mean the exact same thing.

Probably better just to donate cash.

I think that if you must “pray” for games you should do it for the health and safety of the guys playing the game and leave the wins and loses to those involved in the game. A BIG donation to Clemson sports would be of better benefit to everyone ...imo

Praying for their health is a good thing.
