It was sooo special. They had a very nice segment on GMA this morning as well. Really gave me chills. I had seen it on social media but it's special when the national media shows it. Robin Roberts how groundbreaking the Clemson L I F E program is. Good stuff.

Love the way Mrs. Clements spoke as much or more than he did. They seem like great people. His first year at Clemson, the previous president was still there and they lived on the top floor of the Clemson House. My daughter lived on a different floor at Clemson House and met them in the elevator one day early in the semester. She loves every animal and they had their dog with them. Next thing we know she has volunteered to walk their dog for them when needed so she got to know Grace and Dr. Clements a little bit and she also had several appearances with him when she became the Tiger Cub. She absolutely loved all of them.

This was a beautiful moment for the Clements family and the Clemson family. Besides celebrating the pure joy of graduation, this once again shows the world that the light shining in Clemson is even brighter than the lights shining on us.

I thought I hadseen that she helps with the softball team before I saw this. Working, helping with the softball team, school. She is a very busy young lady. Proud she is an alum. Clemson Life is another of many reasons to be proud of our school.
