He could not even make his high school football team..was an analyst, a.k.a. wayerboy, for them as well.. but yet, he has a hand in coaching Clemson‘s linebackers?? sometimes I almost feel like Clemson‘s coaching staff is a pyramid scheme lol

Boulware was never on the staff roster. He’s got an intern type role, not getting paid…..
Unlike the actual roster, which seems to be filled with former players, who evidently can’t get a real job anywhere else, Dabo’s friends and people he’s worked with in the past, or his kids(Drew Swinney) and his friends’ kids(Turner, Batson, Clements, etc.)
Honestly, do other programs do this? Not familiar with others. I’m sure there’s some degree of hiring your people and certain friends, but to this extent?

Volunteer coaches are not listed. Ben has built a nice business in the area and also built a nice house on a big piece of land. Doubt he will want to leave all of that to be a college coach which requires many moves as one moves up the ladder.
