I made a giant pot of smoked turkey and pork loin vegetable soup last wknd and probably ate it 10 tines this wk it was so good. I still had a big bowl to freeze for backup. Good soups or stews make me happy.

Frozen chicken breast and thighs in the slow cooker with onion soup mix along with little potatoes, baby carrots, sliced mushrooms, chopped onion, chopped celery, and garlic powder.
I can't wait to try it out!

I go up to Wisconsin almost annually to fish with my dad who lives in Iowa. We have a friend who is a guide but fishes with us and loves to cook. He always jumps on prepping food often while we clean the fish. One of his meals is always fried fish and fried rutabaga fries and they are darn good. If you like bagas, try baga fries and you will like.

Whatever I can find in the fridge. I'm not hitting on much. My wife said she is not sleeping with me if I eat a can of Beanie Wienies and saltines. Guess I'll go to bed hungry.

Throw in a can of Vi-eeners, and a co-coler, and you're in hi cotton. But alas, nor does my wife know the finer dining of the elite. I thought when I married her, I could get her out of her backward ways, but it hasn't worked out.

It's late in the evening, but this afternoon I fed my animal instinct with a Hardee's big cheeseburger. I had to add more spicy dills, mustard and onions and a spread of Duke's mayo. I always like to read this fun post of what people like.
