I'm grilling a juicy Ribeye, steaming some broccoli and having a loaded bake potato!! Chasing it down with a few Mich Ultra listening to some good ole country music.
Wishing you all a safe and great weekend.
Go Tigers!!

Great Pork BBQ plate from Roller Mills Smokehouse in Clemson

Y'all should get some BBQ from Rollers Mills Smokehouse food truck which has been in Clemson from Wednesday through Saturday each week for the past month. Terrific Ribs (endorsed by TNet's David Hood today) and pulled pork and smoked chicken halves. Great choice of delicious sides too.
The operators, Wil and Allye, are both Clemson graduates who hope to build a permanent location as the Smokehouse business grows.
Right now, you can find them on SC 93 (Old Greenville Hwy) parked on the vacant lot across from First Citizens Bank.
Try some on your way to the basketball game tomorrow if you are looking for some great tailgate BBQ.

Dinner it's looking like a slab of ribs, 2 sweet potatoes and a large banana pudding. Bulking season is almost over. Better enjoy this before it's chicken and salmon 6 nights a week.

Mrs.fla’s turn to cook tonight. Curry pork roast and garlic mashed potatoes. Yum Yum!
Beer of the night will be Steel Hands. My son gave me several varieties for my birthday a couple of weeks ago.

Bottle says “Jamaican Style?” Badia brand. We got the recipe from a friend of ours from Antigua. I worked with her husband when we lived on St. Thomas in the mid 90s. Basically just pork roast seasoned with curry powder and onions cooked in tomato sauce.

Tri tip, salad, baked potato, couple bourbons. Then it's off to bed to put a bow on the 2022-2023 goose season tomorrow.

Don't knock any deli pizza. Will be better than any frozen pizza trucked in.
