balls out last night. Only player for us I would have given it too would have been Shipley, otherwise than that we just played better as a team. As far as top 4 go, it's so debatable at this point but Tenn and Michigan beat top 10 teams yesterday and UGA rolled. It'll all play out.

Why complain about this? Jordan Travis deserves some praise.
And btw, he said player of the week, not player of the game. So he’s talking about all of CFB not just this game. And he said Ship gets the game ball for him during the broadcast.
Better question is why are Fowler and Herbstreit on the same jet leaving Tallahassee? I thought Fowler lives in Miami and Herbie in Nashville.

opinion - its probably the majority opinion which will be reflected in both polls today. Top 4 will be Georgia, Ohio St, Michigan, Tennessee. We will probably slide in 5th followed by TCU and Bama unless I'm forgetting someone. I don't think Ole Miss passes Bama.
As for Jordan Travis getting player of the game... I don't know. There were times it definitely felt like he was the best player on the field last night, but his overall numbers were only good and not exceptional. Generally the only way a player on the losing teams gets honors like that is via an exceptional performance and I don't think Travis quite did that. But who gets Herbies player of the game isn't something I care much about so whatever.

Herbstreit has sounded like an idiot every game he’s called this year for us. I don’t know if he’s trying to be ultra non bias because his son plays at Clemson or what but he’s been almost as bad as Danielson on CBS.
