I finally figured out who he is. NY congressman sho pulled a fire alarm. He claims he was just trying to open a door and it was nit intentional. I tend to believe that he really is that stupid.

Yeah I found him. Dude set a fire alarm off to what looks like delay Congress, but he says it was an accident. I don't believe it was an accident. Who knows??
