I joined the year after getting MS. Tigernet really got me through those first years of absolute torture. I could not taste anything for a year, I could not walk unassisted for several and my entire right side went numb. I mean the kind of numbness you get at the dentist. It was a miserable time in my life, I thought my life was over, but here I am walking, playing some golf, living life and shouting, "GOD is Great."

#39 here. Joined as Tiger co-op in December 1998. I was actually Papa Lou for a few months prior to that. Site has, of course, changed considerably. Pretty sure I met Crump when we both worked at IBM during that time. But it's been ages, so my memory may be faded.
In any case, can't find a better college team site than this one. It has been consistent and steady, unlike some of its members  .
