Best wishes to all. I also remember my late mom today because for several years till she remarried she was both mom and dad to my brother and me.

My day will not come for several days - son and 2 of the 5 grandkids are still in Costa Rica and plans are for later.

Isn’t it just an amazing gift to be a grandfather?! I love my son but it’s all about the grand baby now. I get why I loved my grands so much! I’m glad my Tiger family is enjoying Father’s Day! I’ve also experienced many absentee Fathers Day as my son served in the Marine Corps and was stationed in California for around 8 years. Half of those years was waiting for him to get to secure line while deployed in top secret and deadly areas. Fathers Day calls might have to wait some years but every call and visit is special.
