Its a reminder to Dems to vote and to only think about winning. Without power they have nothing, just good ideas.

It was all Satan. Donald Trump sold his soul long ago to be able to grab any p*ssy and rape any woman that he wanted to, without any exposure to the criminal justice system. The tradeoff was that he would be infinitely worse at business than his father. The money the Trump clan is making off their scams now is coming at the expense of Don Jr and Eric's souls. Their tradeoff is having to live with the two most punchable faces in the western world.

Oh no! God knows how many rich women world wide may have to cancel their flights and hotel reservations that they had planned to use to travel here and drop a baby that'll forever be a US citizen, no matter how much they may loathe everything about us. Oh the humanity. I can see why you're upset.

I'm officially changing my ten year old, one word descriptor for tRump's vision of the USA from INSANE to F.U.B.A.R. Insane is just too mild now.

I do not think people have wrapped their heads around this yet. It ultimately redifines executive power and is not limited to birthright citizenship. The president of the United States can now decree an executive order that's completely unconstitutional and the burden of proof is on the Judicial on a state-by-state basis, likely taking years to resolve. We essentially live in two different countries now.

past several years/decades has given rise to the EO. It hasn't helped that judges are now political.
Heck I don't even remember when an EO was supposed to be used, back in the old days.
But yeah - this ruling seems to give a President almost unfettered power.

the burdon of proof on the constitutionality of an EO should be on the Executive, not AG of the individual states.

What if a Democratic President signed an EO requiring Gun owners to pass a mental competency test on an annual basis, and a federal judge can not stay the order until said constitutionality can be determined by a federal court, appealed, then kicked dup tp the supreme court? during that 2+ year period, you will be subject to that order, even if it is completely unconstitutional. The SCOTUS just opened a can of worms that cannot be closed.

Oh, the can of worms can be closed. This corrupt six will just overturn the decisions they are making now for dear leader, whenever the time comes.
I could believe Alito and Thomas would do anything, but the other four I thought had some ounce of integrity. They must be in fear of death from Trumpers.
