WB was in a bad area which has been improved over the years but the problem is the people and culture of the fans more so than the stadium or the location (other than Cola sucks in general).

I don't do one word answers but I have not seen the inside in 20 years or so when our high school won the State Championship there so I have no idea about inside the fence. We rode by the outside this summer and the whole area is greatly improved since 20 years ago.
