https://theclemsoninsider.com/2024/10/04/where-clemson-should-be-ranked-according-to-espns-mcelroy/
“McElroy dove into “what the rankings should be,” and he says Clemson (3-1, 2-0 ACC) should be in the top 10 – at No. 9 – considering how prolific the Tigers have been offensively since the season-opening 34-3 loss to Georgia.”
“I think if Clemson played Georgia today, that game would look a lot different.”
This is me talking now. When I came across the new article about Greg, I faintly remembered that he was high on us not even long ago.
Don’t tell me that the SEC is just trying to get a rise out of people like me
Because I know what they are doing and I still just want to point out dumba**ery
I’m showing contradiction in a very short amount of time
It’s bad journalism. It makes people, at least me, value your opinion and judgment less, and it shows that nobody can predict this stuff.
But you played QB at Alabama. So here’s anything you want for the rest of your life buddy.

he seemed to be. I get how Louisville game would change that for hi though I still dont like him.
I used to have a buddy who would say "nothing is worthless if it can be used as a bad example". The Louisville game sure fits that

Be glad we're worth discussing. Wasn't that long ago we used to get excited about receiving votes for the polls

I’m glad he’s doing our game this week… hope he expresses his opinion to Dabo in their pre-game meetings to get insight from coaches!! That would be interesting conversation…

My guess is he saw the lackluster effort against Louisville or the lackluster half against VT. Same crap we saw, so not sure why this hurts peoples feelings?
Here is a thought. Clemson should have taken care of business against Louisville and it’s a non issue. Had they, we wouldn’t be having this conversation right now!

Did he notice Alabama’s lackluster performance against Vanderbilt?

Well, he brought up McElroy noticing lackluster performances by Clemson. Not unreasonable to ask if he gives other teams this scrutiny. Not difficult to follow.

It’s not journalism.
It’s opinion.
