their admissions department is on top of it.
My youngest son is a JR this year and signed up to take the SAT 3 weeks ago. He received his acceptance letter to SCar's honor program yesterday.
I'm Hoping he will do well on the SAT so he can get into better school like Greenville tech, but it is nice to have a backup.

For me it was Clemson or bust as I didn't apply anywhere else including the University of Stupid Coots. Glad lil' ol' Clemson let me in.

My dog got an acceptance letter to coot college. He made me promise not to let his dog friends know about it. He barked that even cats and goldfish get that same letter.

I had a friend whose kid applied to Clemson and was not accepted. She did get a 50% scholarship offer from USuCk though. Final outcome - she ended up going to community college for a year and transferred in to Clemson.

They sent me my acceptance letter this summer didn't apply or ask for anything. Heck my friend who has a 1.7 got in to projected to be top 10 in his class only school that let him in
