Playing Fla. St. later in the year will be better IMO. Gives us time to have our best personnel evaluated and playing with game experience before they come to town.

The ACC wants the Clemson-Florida State game early in the year though. This way the loser of the game can climb back into the national championship discussion.

The ACC can't seem to get the schedule out until February or March. I don't understand what takes them so much longer than other conferences. Isn't South Carolina's 2015 schedule already out? TIP, I like your projections. Will you send it to Swoffy?

If the opener is @Miami, that might turn into one of those Labor Day evening kind of deals, like FSU was at the start of the 2007 season.

Only thing I see is Notre Dame being pretty darn tough. Does Goldsen leave this year or what? I know he's only a junior but something tells me he might stay and that game with the progress of DW would be a blood bath.

And according to Rivals the back-up is a Sophomore, but I don't believe he has played much.
The bigger thing is they bring back their RB, WR's, both tackles, and a guard on offense. Lot of talent at the skill positions.
They only have 2 senior starters on defense as well.
