Would they give Clemson and FSU, or any ACC school that very same option to make their own TV deals, no they would not, and that is what Clemson and FSU should be suing the ACC over. If ND is allowed to make their own TV deals for FB only, so should all ACC schools be allowed to make that very same deal with the ACC. You can't allow one but not all, and that is what we should be suing them over. They have already allowed to happen with ND, and I believe the courts would rule that would have to do the same for any school who wanted to do the same...

The courts would not rule that way. The reason Notre Dame gets to have their own TV contract is because the are not nembers of the conference in football. Clemson and Florida St. are members of the conference in football, which is why they don't get to have a separate TV contract. You have to go by the actual law, not made up law.

whelp. the idiots screwed it up to make the acc a basketball first conference in the first place. The bucks are in football. Instead of dumping the crappy football schools (duke, wf, uva, bc, syracuse, etc) and adding other football first schools is how we got here.

LMAO Valley Coot. The newness wore off playing those prima donas after we played them the first time at DV in 2015. I couldn't care any less about playing them anymore. While other ACC schools may have problems finding home and home power OOC opponents Clemson does not.

ND has been using the ACC as a booty call for far too long. If their TV revenue was part of ACC package, the ACC may not be in the shape they're in now. All in or all out.

I like ND being an independent in football. Kind of a throwback to the old days and they still operate as a sort of national measuring stick considering their schedule. They have a massive, national fan base to boot which helps all of our viewership numbers. Miami entering the league killed their mojo with too many crap games on their schedule that the ACC produces, which over the years has really chipped away at their status.
