While we struggle to beat back up quarterbacks. Hope we play our beat game Saturday but with our entire offensive line starters out, I'm not optimistic.

I’m a realist. If we win, we are consistently attacking the middle third of the field with a TE or Antonio Williams until their LBs have to start respecting it. Then, we might have some luck with Phil. If that doesn’t happen, with our OL, Cade and Phil will have a rough day.

They might. I highly doubt it, but our team is an enigma. We might blow them out. It may be close. No telling what happens in this game. Our team is tough to predict. That's what makes this particular game so interesting.

It was pointed out to me that SC is top 30 in the nation in explosive plays on offense. Clemson's defense is 94th in explosive plays allowed. That's not a good combination.

It should be pointed out that most of the explosive plays given up by the Clemson defense were on the second and third string defensive players, I.e, “garbage time.”
