Well Columbia is a crap hole. It's literally one of the ugliest cities I've been to and I travel all over the country for work.

Must be working as both of their 2023 3* commits were really impressed with the city. I am guessing they try to avoid scheduling visits by recruits in May - September given it is so God awful hot in those months.
