Sadly, people that don't feel empathy for others, are not going to care what happens to them either.
Not saying I don't agree with you, b/c I do. However, I'm not sure this person, like many others, really care about what happens to them.

If we got back to public executions, I think would-be criminals may think twice before committing violent crimes.
The feds could organize a pay-per-view event for the really bad guys. Maybe give the victims a chance at retribution before death.
Maybe go "hunger games" with it? Or gladiator?
I've got plenty of ideas...

Cordon off a good size area of the grand canyon. Cops and Army reservists line the rim, invite Bloods, Crips, Hell’s Angels, Antifa, BLM,
MS 13 and any other groups. They come into the canyon from various entry points. If they don’t have weapons…..give um one!!

My son works just a few blocks from that area. I just texted him and he said most of the law enforcement have moved out to Cobb County near Braves Stadium, although the new channels seem to be concentrating on downtown area.

I think they may a lot more than they are saying. Ny daughter-in-law spoke directly to the mayor a short while ago and he said it was ok for her son's, my grandson, little league game to go ahead a play a game tonight ...... pretty close to where he ditched his car.
** Should probably clarify that it was I assume the mayor of Smyrna, not Atlanta, as I doubt that he has time to talk to a little league mom.

Rumor is he lost it when he couldn't get his Ativan medication. (used for anxiety, including panic attacks, unjustified fears, sleeplessness, agitation, and restlessness).
If anyone needs the medication, it was this guy.
Sure would be nice if someone like this didn't have access to guns...
