I for one am glad you are stopping. You are one of the most ignorant posters ever. You obviously think very highly of your own opinion, unlike the rest of us - RockHillTiger

amazing defensive stats . . look at rushing yards

Jun 23, 2022, 10:22 PM

The 2000 Baltimore Ravens featured one of the great defenses in modern NFL history. They allowed 10.3 points per game and 970 total rushing yards – both all-time lows for a 16-game season. They gave up just five rushing TDs the entire regular season, and had a league-high 49 takeaways. They shut out four opponents during a 12-4 regular season, and in the playoffs the Ravens allowed a combined 23 points to the Broncos, Titans, Raiders and lastly, the Giants in Super Bowl XXXV. The defense was anchored by Hall of Fame linebacker Ray Lewis, who won Defensive Player of the Year and Super Bowl MVP, and Hall of Fame safety Rod Woodson. Offensively, rookie running back Jamal Lewis carried much of the load with 1,364 yards rushing and 6 TDs, while Hall of Fame tight end Shannon Sharpe had 810 yards receiving and 5 TDs.
