For those saying Tajh is not NFL caliber....

Nov 25, 2012, 6:22 PM

One of my best friends is an NFL Agent. His company, which represents 12 NBA players, 27 NFL players and 19 MLB players, does "Stock Reports" for 12 different NFL Teams.

Going in to yesterday, they had Tajh as the 6th best Draft Eligible QB behind Barkley, GENO, Landry Jones, Glennon and Aaron Murray.

They had him ahead of Bray and Wilson.

Now I don't know what all of you are smoking, but as the 6th best QB, he said they have him pegged between picks 123-135 (Late 4th - Early 5th Rounder). They also believe that his Leadership, Arm Strength, Long Throw Accuracy and Mobility could make a team take a chance on him as early as the 3rd.

So, before we start to say he's not NFL Caliber, let's remember...

-Brees was too short
-Brady didn't even start at Michigan
-Flutie wouldn't last a season
-Warner belonged in Arena League
And
-Eli was the worst of the two Mannings....yet has more rings.

We all better hope he stays.

Tajh ain't goin anywhere

To do so would be foolish. He knows it and Dabo knows it. I see a lot of Troy Smith in Tajh...great college QB...not suited for the NFL

Not intending to diss Tajh...I love him as our QB and wouldn't trade him for anybody. I just wouldn't say he's NFL caliber...yet. Give him another year

If Romo can play in the NFL then so should Boyd be able to***

Rattle his cage and he goes all deer in the headlight on you.

Thanks for sharing. That's good info. The reality though

is that a QB drafted in the 4th round is lucky to make and stay on a roster for more than a few years...so he should probably stay and spend another year trying to improve.

How much better can he get next year? His stats were thru the roof this year. If the QB class is weak this year then he should prolly leave.

It's not he doesn't have the caliber, but as a fifth or sixth rounder he isn't gonna see the field man...He's better off getting a 4th year as college athlete period.
