For all those in favor of firing coordinators, I understand the frustration,

but continuing to change out coordinators isn't going to make any difference in this new era of Pay-For-Play, Unrestricted Free Agency football. I really don't think it matters who we fire/hire as coordinators.

I can agree, but they need to be making far less money. They need to renegotiate contracts or leave

You have to do both. Adapt, and have good coaching. We are doing nothing more than celebrating 2015-2020 year around. You’ll never see that again if everything doesn’t change.

A coordinator is responsible for the scheme and play calling.

Both of our coordinators need to understand how average they are.

Good coordinators can make average players better, average coordinators don't improve the level of play.
