Lets be honest, the coots aint a worthy Rivalry. They win from time to time, but not often enough to make it a real Rivalry.
Same with our old former rivalry forced on us every season by the ACC --> GT.
The FS games are fun, but less so with out the Bowden father-son thing.
ND could develop into a real rival, but only if they up their game.
One of the best ever games was the flood game in Death Valley. Rained like ####, I saw no one leave the stadium early.

I believe ND could develop into a nice rivalry, but though I understand what you said about usuc they are a good rivalry that wins more than I like. Anytime we lose to them sucks. I will say if we lose to ND there are not enough of their fans around to bother me. It could become a nice national rivalry

And yet, if you grew up along the Savannah River or on the border of Georgia during the 70's and 80's THE rivally game was the Tigers and the Bulldogs. The game Clemson needs to nail down annually is UGAly.

What you say has been the truth in the past, but Beamer has been recruiting pretty well, and the coot team is getting better than it has been in a very long time. IMPO, that rivalry is about to become a real rivalry...

Frankly, it we had had a defensive coordinator the past few years, we would be sitting on a streak that wouldnt have seen the coots win a game vs us since the Spurrier days.

We were among the very few who left early. We had a couple of soaking wet middle school girls we needed to get home. But traffic was very light at that point so we made it home in time to see the end of the game and the BYOG speech.
