Poor coaching from Morris again. Any time morris faces a decent defense he turns stupid and calls asinine plays. Good thing the defense came up big again.

That football is a hard fought game, played on the field between tough men fighting for the same thing? And that coaches pour their hearts and souls into it?
I'm all for criticism of coaches where it is deserved, and our staff certainly deserves their fair share. But I posit that without coach Morris we wouldn't be where we are today. I don't think you can disagree with that point. I'd like to hear your argument if you think you have one (other than "don't call plays that don't work").
Decent defenses are decent (insert good, great, tough, badass, etc) for a reason. There's no magic play call to overcome one. It's execution of a gameplan by players.
The criticism should be centered (today) on coach Swinney with going for it on 4th down, and Morris' call without Stoudt under center (legit complaint because Stoudt has experience there). Ultimately they felt confident enough to call it there but the players didn't get it done.
