So Jackson is the best of the year, but they would rather have Watson headed into the playoffs? That makes no sense.
Unless Watson is a better clutch player that doesn't need the media to hype him for an award... Hmmm, could be.
Oh well, we will bring home the Natty... Jackson can watch from home with the other Cardinal's players.

I say LJ goes 8-4 next year and doesn't get an invite to NY. The secret is out on how to stop him. Louisville is a one man team

So they basically saying the best player is the one sitting at home watching the ACC Championship game on TV and not going to a playoff game. Everyone who knows anything about this football season knows if they would wait until the season is over to vote on the Heisman Trophy winner the out come would've been different. Hopefully the idiots will change their minds when Watson holds up the National Title Championship trophy. GO TIGERS!

Lamar had a great "chance" at a playoff. Watson there.

I'm sorry but the best player in the nation doesn't just do it against awful teams but leads his team to wins despite INTs etc. The best player in the country doesn't take 11 sacks in one game. The best player in the country doesn't #### away a win against a inferior rival team. This was a total joke. UL played for a one man trophy. Clemson playing for championship.

LJ is a great talent. However, I'm not over him fumbling to keep the ACC from sweeping the SEC on rival Saturday. Oh, and DW deserved the Heisman ... hands down.
