That's not the way the write up reads. 2 years $250,000 means life of the two years

When you look at Dabo's contract and you see the numbers, do you think that is for his entire contract? I don't either. I am pretty sure it is per year.

The Board of Trustees Compensation Committee met Monday afternoon and approved a two-year contract for new defensive line coach Todd Bates that will pay $250,000 per year.

Make over 75-85k unless they are a Coordinator or a Head Coach. Southern Conference HC's ranged from about $160k to about $300k this past year.

Seems like it used to take a week or two to get new staff approved. I suppose Dabo let them know we needed Bates in place quickly for recruiting.
