Funny how these people that get victimized suddenly have a change of heart. Or how the local DA gets the mute mouth unexpectedly . Fancy that .

Wow, just because he isn't going to be punished means he is innocent. Looks like someone paid these people to drop the charges.

Likely will get there and get in trouble. So it might be as well for him to get there and get bounced. Let them waste a scholarship.

When you are a desperate football coach, it does not matter how much the amount on the check was as long as you clear him to play. The sad thing is that he got away with so will do it again thinking the same thing ala Stephen Garcia. He won't be there long. Typical coot thug.

I'm not usually big on conspiracy theories. But, this one smells. I am quite sure some Gamecock supporter with deep pockets paid off the person making the complaint. How much? Really? Sure, I'll drop the charges.

How deep are Steve Spurrier's pockets . I mean , that IS who we are talking about , ain't it ? He owns a vineyard and has an Augusta membership . Those pockets are like an abyss .

The "stolen" items were originally taken from Blackshear. He simply retrieved the property. When the "Victim" found out they would have to admit to stealing them in the first place when the case went to court, they decided not to press charges in order not to incriminate themselves....

The purse was Shameik's? Well then. I'm not hip to the trends, so to each their own I guess. I guess the safe was also his.

So what you are telling us is that someone stole Shameik's purse , put it in a safe that Shameik had for keeping his valuables in (like all underprivileged HS kids do in Bluffton ) and a wad of cash that he had lying around from his not having a job and then ran off to their house to let him in so that he might steal his own properties back and go home with his safe , his cash and his purse ? Is that what you are telling us , you deplorably daft Dirtpecker ?

There are some stupid people in this work but who in the world calls the Cops on someone who is taking something that you took from them. You don't have to talk to a lawyer to figure out you're going to have to explain where you got the stuff in the first place. Why didn't Shameik call the cops to report a theft when it originally happened?

This should surprise no one. Even their mascot "gamecock" represents an illegal activity. Ironic how they always want to associate a guy like "Swag" Kelley with us (even though he was kicked), but when their player is somehow cleared they are the first to say "second chance!"

So Blackshear the Pirate has perfected , nay ...unveiled a new way to swindle. First you have a friend steal your stuff. Then you wait a while , go over to the aforementioned friends house and steal those things back . Then when arrested and being prosecuted , have the friend explain to john law that it was your stuff that he stole and then you unstealed. Dictionary.com I got one for ya . Unstealing : the act of restealing something that you had previously and consciously allowed to be stolen from you.
