ESPN Bracketology - Confused

In the bracketology yesterday,

- Clemson 4th seed playing in Seattle with Oregon as 5th seed

- Kentucky is the 3rd seed in their bracket playing in providence.

I like the region, just not playing in the South region in Seattle.

You do realize if you win 2 in Seattle then you advance to Atlanta for Sweet 16 right?

Pretty fair trade off. Clemson fans would gobble up a lot of tickets!

The higher your seed (typically 1-2) the more control you have over where you play the first and second rounds. Since Clemson will likely be a 4 or a 5 seed, they will have little control over their first round destination. Seattle would be unfortunate, but I think highly likely for the Tigers.

You can say that again!***

You play in pods in first two rounds, and these are spread out to get the best matchups but by the time you are in sweet sixteen you are in your actually geographic region.

The región name only refers to the sweet 16 site***
