Yes Duke won the ACC tournament but the Blue Devils would be crazy to think that they have a stadium and Baseball facilities as a whole to host like East Carolina does.

No way they could have more ACC host sites than SEC, there’s your reasoning.
They’ll be a tough out for someone.
Palmetto State will potentially have 5 teams in the tourney, but not likely they take all 5:
Clemson
USC
Wofford
Maybe:
Coastal
College of Charleston

Duke did get hosed as well as the acc. Really shouldn't matter what the facilities you have. If you have earned the right to host, you should.
That said, Duke should have the best facilities of anyone in the acc. Can you imagine the facilities we would have if we had the collective wealth of duke's alumni. I know doctors only care about bball but still, you would think they'd care about other sports a little bit.

What facilities you have absolutely should matter. Duke doesn't have indoor plumbing or an actual concession stand. If you can't provide the basic necessities to host 4 teams playing 6-7 games over the course of a weekend you don't deserve to host.
