Where it will most likely die a slow, painful death. If those agreements really had good options to get out, that would have already taken place.

Legal process takes time, unfortunately. Clemson is still very much trying to get out, however the Big10/SEC aren’t going to publicly get involved until that’s settled. I’m sure some clever ACC lawyer would love to sue the big money leagues for tampering or something if they were to get involved before the exit deal was finalized

You are correct. The ACC can keep this going for years. My guess is a major reorganization will occur before this is resolved, making the whole thing moot. I think we are pizzing away a bunch of dollars for nothing. I'd rather apply those dollars to NIL than to our lawyers defending a nearly unwinnable suit.

The part that sucks is kids do t want to play in our crappy conference so besides NIL we are overall at a HUGE disadvantage! Our only real chance to get the playing field level is to get in the SEC or BIG! And I don’t think they want us!!!

The SEC doesn’t want Clemson.
The SEC wants a knife in Clemsons back and FSUs as well. Think of all our great players over the years that but for us would end up in their conference.
This season has shown the difficulty of having 6 8-3/9-2 teams in a super conference.
Why add a 7th? Limited roi compared to what they’re already getting.
Once the sec/big10 form their own super league, maybe that changes.

Now my response to Clemson faithful.
ESPN doesn't want the ACC to fail. It's economics. The ACC/ESPN network contract is more profitable for ESPN than the SEC/ESPN network. ACC's TV rights are etched in stone and good for the next 10+ years unless the ACC fails.
Clemson is one of the top two teams which draw huge audiences along with FSU. If FSU and Clemson go to the SEC ESPN will have to come out of the pocket to increase the price of SEC TV rights.
If Clemson and FSU go to Fox ESPN will lose two cash cows. The SEC commissioner words were written by his ESPN overlords.
When the dust from the Clemson/FSU lawsuits settles ESPN will direct it's SEC subordinate(s) to open negotiations with Clemson and FSU and FOX will direct its B1G subordinates to offer membership to Clemson and FSU.
Both networks will make offers to other schools but the better offers will go to Clemson and FSU for TV rights to football.
Everyone here is thinking with their loins. It's simple supply and demand. The demand for Clemson/FSU football programing is high, that makes the two desirable.
