When I see that I see Deshaun being gone either this year or next. Flacco being gone, and the Browns having a really cheap QB room.

Definitely. Supposedly there might be an insurance claim. That said, if in a year from now they have Flacco and Deshaun off of the books and have those other 3, they might be set.
