Does anybody have a good recipe for deep fried beaver?

Last year I was tailgating with some friends in the North Lot. The guy parked next to them asked how we liked our beaver. Perplexed, I looked over and that dude was literally skinning, breading and frying them right at his tailgate. And let me tell you Doubting Thomases something, That. Stuff. Was. Deeelishuss! I almost embarrassed myself with all the gorging and whatnot.
Anyway, If anybody knows that guy, or knows his recipe, I would be most grateful.
Feel free to Tmale me in private if the recipe is a family secret.
TIA

Ahh yes….I enjoy a good beaver now and then too. Although mine aren’t usually family recipes….that’s kinda weird

Secret to a good beaver is to not eat the really old ones. The older beavers seem to be really tough and dry.

Stay away from fishy smelling ones too... Those are used. An expert fisherman told me.

They're quite friendly actually. No need to be afraid of them.
Maybe one day, like when you grow your first pubic hair, then things will start to kick in.
Hang in there kid! Those mean beavers won't hurt ya!

Pretty sure that Buccees is not in South Carolina yet, but they have several different recipes for this very thing. They even have some for sale packaged in different ways and I am not entirely sure it's legal
Beaver is rather tasty even though there's none around anymore to speak of, but thought I would be nice to haters and share a bit.

who likes beaver. They dammed up the pond and flooded the property. These suckers are slick and hard to catch. There are enough of them to keep you eating beaver for a long time. Only serial people respond, please. 😏

Most of the recipes I’ve seen for beaver, are some version of drunken beaver. This of course is skipping the first and most important step when it comes to beaver. First, you must start with a good high quality beaver. Once you have that, then Al dente is definitely the way to go.

Take your beaver steaks and grill them on on a nice cedar plank. When the beaver is done to your liking then remove the beaver and discard. Eat the cedar plank with a little garnish and side of your choice.
