Dabo leaves? I do wish every now and then we could change it up. Nothing to crazy maybe like all white helmets with orange paws. I say before Dabo leaves because I feel like when someone else takes over one day it could get out of hand a little like some schools do.

Agree. Leav it alone. You don't mess with your brand logo. Penn State has never changed their unis as far as I can remember and neither has Michigan and many others.

For the most part I say no.
The helmets are perfect as they are. Don't change them at all.
The jerseys are fantastic! Never remove the paw from the top of the shoulders again! There is a small change I would recommend here just to be consistent. The sleeve trim. Have them match the rest of the jersey, or change the orange jersey sleeve trim to orange or purple. The white and purple sleeve trim is already orange.
The orange and purple pants are perfect as they are. The white pants in my opinion do need a change. Change the white stripe in between the orange stripes to purple. That is the update I'd most like to see.
As far as uniform combos I really like the current status quo as it is consistent. Still there are times where out of the blue I wish Dabo would change it up (not often mind you). Seeing purple jerseys with white pants or using purple pants on the road with white jerseys.

Agree 100% . Put the purple stripe back in the pants to match the helmet. It would be sharp!! Did not like when Dabo took it out and switched to orange stripes only. I think I get why he changed it. It looks like Bama with their crimson stripes.

Only comment I’ve got about uniforms is that I wish we’d regularly wear orange britches on Solid Orange Day. The only time it’s happened since Dabo implemented the championship requirement are the few times when Solid Orange Day has been against the coots or against an ACC opponent for the division title. Also wouldn’t mind one more game with purple in November, whether it’s purple pants on the road or another purple jersey home game.

I don't see why we can't have 2 sets of orange pants. Wear the one with the stripes like we have now on championship games.
Then wear ones that are just solid orange with maybe the Paw on each side of the hips.

Break out the Purple tops and white pants for FCS or G5 games.
I also want to see the white jerseys+ purple pants combo for 1 road game a year.
I'm fine with orange pants being only for championship games but free some other combos with purple, even if it's just for lesser games.

I’m all for more purple, except, I don’t ever want to see orange jerseys and purple pants again. Luckily, it’s been 14 years since the only time we’ve worn that combo, so I don’t think we ever will again. It’s forever forbidden lol.

It's not like our uniforms have never changed. Ford introduced the orange pants; Hatfield - the purple jersey (which looked best with the white pant);West- the tiger animal print around the color (my least favorite change);Bowden -(the orange/purple combo and the purple pants on the road with white jersey); Dabo- all purple for Military App (though I wish it was just purple jersey and white pants).
It would kind of be cool to do something throwback just for Homecoming every year like the old block "C" helmet from the 60's. You could do the paw on one side and the "C" on the other side for the yearly Homecoming game only.

One of the issues under TB was that some of players reportedly got more interested in what uni combo they were wearing every week than in game prep. It's a distraction.
That's one thing Dabo definitely got right.
Orange helmets, period.
Orange jerseys and white pants at home.
White jerseys and pants on the road.
Orange pants for championship games.
Purple for the Military Appreciation game.
That's plenty.

I've seen many people post about not changing uniforms, sticking with tradition, etc.
I'd like to share a story from about 15 years ago, a woman I worked with (she lived in Dallas, TX) both her and her husband were Univ of Tx grads and big football and sports fans. She told me all her two boys wanted for Christmas were University of Oregon jerseys.
The marketing works, today kids grow up wanting to be Ducks simply because of the marketing the U of O has done over the last several decades.
