Do we throw the same vs USC Upstate again?

During the season McGovern and Bailey threw 7 combined innings to help shut them out. They seemed to struggle with lefty pitching. I would assume we'd rather Save Knaak for the WV/KY winner in game 2.

Most likely, but if they like the lefty matchup with them they could go with the combo of Bell, McGovern, and Bailey. We'll see. Either way, I'm sure Knaak goes game 2.

I'm not confident enough in any of our potential 3rd starters to do that. I'd hate to tax our high-leverage relievers in game one. The bats would really need to show up.

I agree. If it plays out right and we can get a 4 run lead or better early we can pull 00. And still have his arm available out of the pen if we do have a 4th game.
