I have watched him enough this year and I pull for him, but he is similar. Our system wasn't for him though and was always a bad fit. CK is a way better fit.

Have we considered the quality of a defense? Here he saw pretty good defense each week, causing panic and confusion. I admit his arm is VERY strong and i loved that about him.
I hope he does well, but west coast defense is not same as east coast. My opinion.

He took a sack on 4th down that was just plain dumb. He's no better than last year.
Aidan Chiles will take over as starter during the season.

It’s funny how folks think that if they slander DJ enough, that it somehow makes Cade better. Reality is, we are dead last in the ACC standings, Cade is 2-3 as a starter and has yet to beat a power 5 team trotting out first to start a game. But hey, let’s continue to slander a guy clear across all he country to make us feel better.

Of football? Did you just take a look at their record against trash and decide to say this? DJ is having WORSE outcomes than what he had here. Tonight against a team with ok credibility (finally) he is down 28-14 with 84 passing yards, zero TD, and one INT.

Not only did he look the same as last year through the first 3 games he looked even worse last night. DJ is not and will never be a great D1 quarterback under any coaching staff.

He was 26 of 41 for 371 yards and 5 touchdowns. His offense scored 35 yesterday most of which were after the game was out of hand. His passing numbers sucked. Again what’s your point? How does anything that happened yesterday support anything you had to say in your original post?
