Was that a mistake or predicted?

He did beat our Tigers but had help from 2 very good & healthy RB’s while Tiger’s Cade might have played a better overall game with an injured RB and a D who couldn’t tackle.

That the highest ever rated recruit, with a fairly successful college career, was dropped so far.

He was ranked higher than TL16 as a high school recruit for awhile, but I know 247 has revised their stuff to show TL16 higher by a few fractions of a point.

I never saw the great QB he was supposed to be. He controlled a game fairly well, but not weekly elite.

Like the ol Brady reference though.... You never know

Apples and oranges. Some didn't have Ewers getting drafted. There was nothing surprising with him. He didn't fall at all.

I have always liked Ewers, hope he does well in the Pros.
He is a good QB, a good player.

He and Cade were competitors.
Ewers left high school a year early after 11th grade.

In the combines Cade always edged him out. Both became 5 stars.
Now it looks like Cade may go higher in the draft.

Hard to say for sure. A year ago nobody expected Ewers to barely get drafted. Hopefully Cade progresses instead of regressed like he did.
