Uh, duh. You are wrong. Yes one would expect to find more positive cases, but not necessarily a higher positive rate if the majority were doing the right things on time and if there were good consistent leadership.

The test is only valid until that point in time it’s administered, You can be exposed to seconds after taking the test there by invalidating the test you just took.

It's like all these people who claim they randomly got a positive test in the mail after getting out of line.
Stuff like that is making our death rate appear lower. This is all really good.

You do understand (I hope) that a positivity rate has nothing to do with the number of tests — a rate is a percentage.
