Saban did when he realized he didn’t want to play this game anymore. This guys are rich. People like Dabo and Saban aren’t looking to get every drop they can. He will leave if he doesn’t want to do what is required to win now. The arguments of “he won’t leave all that money” are not valid.

I have thought for a couple of years that Dabo was looking for one more championship run and he was going to hang it up. Many experts thought this was the year. They were so wrong. He had a chance to ride off into the sunset next year.

If he walked away, all of the friends and family people on the payroll would be faced with a new coach cleaning house and lose their livelihood. He feels responsibilty toward them and won't be the reaason for their misfortune.

Couldn't blame him as screwed up as college football is with no rules. Why does the NCAA even exist? He probably doesn't want to coach profession football or would have went go to the NFL.
