Clemson has beaten FSU by double digits at home seven times. I think only three times in Tallahassee (including tonight).

Thank God we have a decent field goal kicker, he made more than half the points scored in this win. Oh rest assured that I'm glad to have the win, but the way we played against a team with talent, we wouldn't have beat some of the better teams that will be in the playoffs!!!

we dominated FSU, between the 20s. 9 trips to the red zone and 2 TD's, 1 dropped, one thrown out the back, sacked 2x, and 2 blocked field goals. It was not our night, but we won and that is all that matters. The teams ahead of us will determine where we end up, and with 5 teams going down today, and Cal hanging around with Maimi, for now, we could be in the top 10 after a convincing win at Wake next week. But we are 12 at best, unless maimi gets blown out by cal and 11 is possible, but still not a given.

Well you see..Alabama will drop. However they have a special Bammer ranking system that only applies to them and Notre Dame. So while Vandy is one of the worst programs historically in all of college football they are SEC SEC! So, by invoking the Bammer clause, they will drop from. #1 to 1.5. so Horns, Bammer and The Bucknutz

We should move ahead of Michigan, Southern Cal in Missouri.
If we lose in the ACC championship game, could we end up fighting with Notre Dame for last playoff spot?
We do not have a brutal remaining schedule, may be Pitt and Virginia Tech are the two toughest games. But Notre Dame has a comical schedule the rest of the way.

I think clemson will be 11 in both polls, smu will be ranked and so will pitt, if miami wins they are borderline top 5, notre dame is top ten even though clemson is better.

We sure didn't play or look like a top 10 team. We beat a team with only win on the season, and that win seems to have been a fluke win for FSU when seeing that the team they beat in Cal is handling Miami pretty easy. IMO, I didn't see a top 10 playing against FSU tonight!!!

I just don't think we can look at team x beat team y, thus team u must be better because they beat team x.
Any given sat anybody can win. we have to play the game. I was our day and we were better than our opponent, while a lot of the top 10 were not!
